Taking the MONSTER DOWN!!!

Oh yea!!!!! I went, I did, I conquered and I left the Monster begging for mercy!!!! That's right. TEN MINUTES on the eliptical!!!!! Do you remember the movie Ace Ventura Pet Detective with Jim Carrey?? "UH UH UH Do you feel that? I HAVE EXCERSISED THE DEMONS", Sorry. I am just super excited about this!!

Also, I was at the gym tonight with a friend and after we defeated the monster...guess what else we did? I entered the MEATHEAD ZONE!!! I worked out in "The Man Cave"!!!! It was not as scary as I thought. However, I did not make eye contact and I was not alone!!! I did this machine that I had to pull on this bar and put it behind my head, then there was this machine that had to pull on it and not move my elbows and then I sat on this bench and pretended to row a boat and then there was this machine that help my abs but kicked my butt and then there was this one time at band camp.......sorry. Couldn't help myself :)

After the man cave we did some additional weightlifting using weights and a weighted bar. Something called the ugly butt?!?! We also did another exercise where I had to lift the weight, suck in my belly button and then scrunch my butt cheeks all while squatting. Thank goodness I was not chewing gum at the same time.

We moved on into the lady's room (not the bathroom) where women can hide from the (I am sure they are all very friendly, but for humor purposes only.......) MEATHEADS!!!!! Now, when I tell you what I did, you will understand why we went away from everyone. I HOPPED LIKE A BUNNY!!! I had to squat, pull my hands to my chest and hop 3 times forward and 3 times backwards and do that 3 times each way!! HOLY MOLY!! That was insane. I would not make a very good Easter Bunny!!
We also worked my favorite butt machine and then finished with 10 minutes on the bike!!

It really was a great workout!!! I feel great!! I honestly feel so accomplished for conquering the monster. I know this will seem weird, but I was a little choked up after I finished that 10 minutes. I really wanted to do more than 2 minutes. Yea Me!!!

Making weightloss my accomplishment, not my struggle!!!
